No IN/OUT privileges.
Parents and guardians MUST
supervise their children at all times to ensure their safety.
Parents MUST
complete a WAIVER
form the first time they visit Simply Play. Each waiver form is valid for one year.
Admission For Children 12 months To 2 Years
$11 for 2 hours
*Children 11 months and under are free with a paid sibling. Without a paid sibling, the admission fee applies
One adult goes free for each paying child. $11 for any extra adult.
